IDF Chief of Staff: Artificial Intelligence Is Revolutionizing Modern Warfare
IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir, speaking at the conclusion of a military conference on artificial intelligence, said AI is transforming warfare.
"Artificial intelligence is a revolution that is changing the face of the 21st century. In recent years, the battlefield has undergone one of the most rapid, profound and dramatic changes in military history."
Zamir emphasized that the IDF must lead global military innovation by integrating advanced artificial intelligence and robotics.
Under a new operational concept, manned military units will operate alongside unmanned systems to achieve battlefield superiority.
