Israeli Police Commissioner Slams Ben-Gvir Over "I Want to See Blood" Allegation
Israel Police Commissioner Danny Levy issued a sharp response to National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir, who alleged in a Supreme Court petition that Levy ordered officers to use severe force against Ultra-Orthodox protesters and said, "I want to see blood."

Levy rejected the allegations as "serious, absurd and disgraceful accusations that cross every line."
"Israel Police is not a tool for political attacks," Levy declared, accusing Ben-Gvir of undermining police officers and damaging public trust.
The commissioner emphasized that Israel Police operates independently, professionally and in accordance with the law, and called on Ben-Gvir to retract his accusations.
