German President Wears Kippah, Delivers Powerful Warning Against Antisemitism
German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier delivered a forceful speech against antisemitism while wearing a kippah, recalling the six million Jews murdered during the Holocaust.

Steinmeier warned that antisemitic crimes and violence have reached tragic levels since Hamas' October 7 terrorist attack.
He condemned antisemitism disguised as criticism of Israel, declaring that denying Israel's right to exist or calling for violence crosses the line into hatred of Jews.
The president also said that anyone chanting "Death to Jews" or demanding Israel's destruction must receive no support from any political party.
He called for combating antisemitism to become a fundamental condition in negotiations to form German governments.
