Drivers coming off the Verrazzano's lower level into Bay Ridge could lose their right turn at 92nd Street as early as spring

The city's plan adds a fourth lane with two going straight, plus a four-inch curb with flexible posts down the middle, so drivers can't cross over to turn right. About five parking spots on Dahlgren Place go away.
