Sefer Torah Being Written in Memory of Rabbi Eli Schlanger HYโD and the Kedoshim
A partial klaf of a Sefer Torah being written in memory of Rabbi Eli Schlanger HYโD and the other Kedoshim who were killed al Kiddush Hashem is now being written by a sofer in Crown Heights. The klaf will be attached to the main Sefer Torah being written in Sydney, Australia.
The Siyum Sefer Torah is set to take place in Sydney on Eliโs yartzeit, alongside a major memorial gathering on the beach during Chanukah, on the same night as the horrific attack.
Members of the Ulman family, including Rabbi Yehoram Ulman, Rabbi Mendy Ulman, and Nosson Schlanger, Eliโs son, were seen writing letters in 770, joined by a large group who traveled from Bondi.
The group also visited the Rebbeโs room, where Tehillim was recited in memory of Rabbi Eli Schlanger HYโD and all the Kedoshim.
