Orangetown Supervisor Teresa Kenny Secures Another Term Following November Election

Town of Orangetown Supervisor Teresa Kenny has secured another two-year term following the November 3 general election, running unopposed and continuing her leadership of the town.

Kenny, a Republican who also appeared on the Conservative Party ballot line, will continue overseeing Orangetown’s municipal government, including town finances, public safety, infrastructure projects, and services affecting communities such as Pearl River, Orangeburg, Blauvelt, Tappan, and surrounding areas.

Throughout her tenure, Kenny has worked alongside the Town Board, local elected officials, law enforcement agencies, and community organizations on issues involving infrastructure improvements, economic development, public safety, and municipal services.

Also securing new terms were Town Clerk Rosanna Sfraga and Highway Superintendent James Dean, both of whom ran unopposed on the Republican and Conservative Party lines.

Sfraga will continue overseeing official municipal records, licenses, and administrative services, while Dean will remain responsible for highway operations, including road maintenance, snow removal, drainage improvements, and infrastructure projects throughout Orangetown.

All three officials will begin their new two-year terms in January 2027.
