Billionaire Stephen Ross’s Related Ross is concentrating a more than $10 billion development pipeline on Palm Beach County, covering West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, and Wellington.
On the South Florida Business Journal’s Business Breakdown podcast, Executive Vice President Jordan Rathlev discussed recent deals, including the acquisition of the former IBM campus (BRiC) and a neighboring $64 million office property in Boca, major new office towers at CityPlace in downtown West Palm, and work attracting institutions such as Vanderbilt University to the area.
The company has already locked in record construction financing for the CityPlace projects, is advancing a mixed-use destination called Village Landing in Wellington, and continues expanding as more companies and residents relocate to the county.
