Israel’s Police Internal Investigations Department (Machash) has begun collecting testimony from chareidi protesters who allege they were assaulted by police officers during last Thursday’s turbulent demonstration near Bnei Brak, following the filing of 24 complaints over the conduct of security forces at the protest.
