Binance Sees $3.64B Net Outflows as Withdrawals Reopen After Record Hack

Binance reported about $3.64 billion in net customer outflows in the first nine and a half hours after it began reopening withdrawals Sunday, following a roughly $6.3 billion theft. The FBI attributed the attack to North Korea's TraderTraitor group. Binance says it has replaced about 95% of the stolen assets and it has said it will cover the rest. The stolen funds have not been recovered, and analysts say the hackers continue to move them.
