Drone footage shows neighborhoods inundated by floodwaters as torrential rainfall sweeps through Melbourne and surrounding Brevard County on Monday. The National Weather Service reported 15–20 inches of rain in some areas, triggering life-threatening flash flooding that submerged homes, left vehicles stranded, and made numerous roads impassable.
