Chabad Of Lake Worth Parents Night Goes On Despite Storms
Last night’s weather was stormy and gloomy, and some plans got cancelled. But Chabad of Lake Worth stayed open, and the parents night went ahead as planned.
Parents still showed up. Some came alone, some came together, and some stayed home with the kids so the other parent could make it. Many kids heard the same line before the night even started: “Mom, Dad, where are you going?” “We’re going to your Hebrew school.”
The message was clear. Jewish education isn’t just something parents send their kids to. It’s something they show up for themselves.
