The Gedolei Yisroel have called upon each and every one of us to take part in saving the Olam HaTorah

The Torah world in Eretz Yisroel faced an unprecedented crisis. A sudden funding freeze left over 1,400 yeshivos and kollelim without vital support, threatening the future of Torah learning across Eretz Yisroel.

Klal Yisroel rose to the challenge, raising hundreds of millions globally, including over £9 million from the UK in 2025 alone, helping sustain the Olam HaTorah in its hour of need.

The funding freeze continues, and over 128,000 lomdei Torah, including more than 51,000 bochurim and 76,000 avreichim, rely on Keren Olam HaTorah for vital financial support.

This year, the Gedolei HaDor are returning to the UK with an urgent mission: to secure the future of the Olam HaTorah in Eretz Yisroel.

Their message is clear. The responsibility rests with all of us.

Let us answer their call with generosity and a renewed commitment to sustaining the future of Torah.

Klal Yisroel rose up — over £85 million was raised globally, nearly £10 million from the UK alone — saving Torah in its hour of need.

But the crisis hasn’t passed. The funding freeze continues. Over 130,000 lomdei Torah still depend on Keren Olam HaTorah for their survival.

This Selichos, the Gedolei HaDor are coming to the UK once again — not for a visit, but for a mission.
