Bal Harbour Rededicates Founders Circle During Village 80th Anniversary Ceremony
A special ceremony is underway right now in Bal Harbour as the Village rededicates Founders Circle and unveils its renovated monument.
The site has honored Bal Harbour’s legacy since its original dedication in 1990. As part of the 80th Anniversary, Rabbi Sholom D. Lipskar is being added among those recognized for their significant contributions to the Village.
The ceremony also looks ahead with the sealing and burial of an 80th Anniversary time capsule. It will be opened in 2046 when Bal Harbour marks its Centennial.
