Binance revealed Tuesday that hackers spent months infiltrating its systems before stealing $6.3 billion on October 29. Attackers used tampered software, a fake job interview with a fictitious company, and an internal AI tool to compromise developers’ computers and access cryptocurrency wallets. The FBI has blamed North Korean hackers, a claim Pyongyang denies.
