Yemen's Iran-backed Houthi terrorists have told Saudi Arabia they want a staggering $51 billion to end the war, after Riyadh quietly asked what it would take to halt the fighting. The Houthis are also demanding that Saudi Arabia formally recognize them as Yemen's rulers. The outreach came after Houthi attacks on Saudi oil sites and a push to within about 50 miles of Aden, as Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman seeks leverage before full talks.
