Nurses Union Rallies On Route 9 Near Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus; Heavy Traffic In The Area

Nurses union members are rallying this morning along Route 9 in the area of Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus in Lakewood. Heavy traffic is being reported in the area.

As first reported by TLS, the hospital notified neighboring businesses and residents that the NJNU/CWA rally was planned for Wednesday, November 4, from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. in public areas surrounding the campus.

The hospital’s advance notice warned of possible disruptions to nearby businesses and traffic. Motorists traveling through the area should allow additional time.
