Richmond Council faces a legal challenge over claims it failed to properly investigate sewage pollution in the Thames

A rower and a Taggs Island resident, backed by River Action, have sent a formal letter asking the council to reconsider. They want an investigation, not a predetermined finding. The council previously said the evidence did not justify the extensive investigation sought.
