Major Donation to Build $150 Million Pediatric Cancer Center in Israel

New York-based Iranian-Jewish philanthropist Edward Khalily has reportedly made a historic donation to Sheba Medical Center near Tel Aviv to help build a new pediatric cancer center at the Edmond and Lily Safra Children’s Hospital. The facility, named the Edward Khalily Pediatric Oncology Building, will bring advanced cancer treatments, research, and family-centered care under one roof, significantly expanding services for children and teenagers. The project is expected to be completed within five to seven years.
