Black cabs could keep weekday access through Bank Junction after City of London officers recommended making the trial permanent

The route between Poultry and Cornhill would remain open to licensed taxis from 7am to 7pm. Private hire vehicles would stay excluded during those hours. Councillors still have to decide, with the trial due to end in January.
