The Community Security Trust (CST) and Jewish Leadership Council (JLC) have been granted permission to intervene in the Supreme Court challenge to Palestine Action’s proscription as a terrorist organisation.Co-founder Huda Ammori is appealing the ban, which remains in force pending a Supreme Court hearing on 4–5 November. CST and JLC support the ban, citing attacks on Jewish charities and businesses and warning that lifting it could threaten Jewish communal security.
