Both drivers fled when officers tried to stop them. During the pursuit, the Hummer crashed into a tractor-trailer. Its 26-year-old driver was seriously injured and arrested.
This Wednesday, Ontario's police watchdog announced a charge against the police sergeant who led the pursuit.
