Town of Ramapo Supervisor Michael Specht and Highway Superintendent Fred Brinn have won reelection following Tuesday's general election, securing another term serving the residents of Ramapo.
Specht, who appeared on both the Democratic and Conservative Party lines, faced no challenger in his bid for another term as Town Supervisor. Brinn, who ran on the Democratic line, was also unopposed.
Specht has served as Ramapo Town Supervisor since 2018, overseeing one of Rockland County's largest and fastest-growing towns. His administration has focused on municipal services, infrastructure improvements, economic development, and managing the needs of Ramapo's diverse and expanding communities.
Meanwhile, Brinn will continue leading the Town of Ramapo Highway Department, which is responsible for maintaining hundreds of miles of local roadways. His department oversees road repairs, paving, snow removal, drainage maintenance, and other essential services throughout the town and the villages it serves.
Both officials have maintained close working relationships with community askanim and local leaders across Monsey, as town government plays a significant role in addressing infrastructure, development, and neighborhood concerns.
Their reelection ensures continuity in Ramapo's town administration, with Specht and Brinn set to begin their new terms in January 2027.
