Florida Gov.-elect Byron Donalds pledged Tuesday night that his administration would take a firm stance against antisemitism and all forms of bigotry, declaring that the state would be welcoming to all residents. “In Florida we will not tolerate bigotry of any kind, including antisemitism. Florida will be a state for everybody!” Donalds said during his victory speech after defeating Democrat David Jolly in the governor's race. Donalds, a Republican congressman, will become Florida's first Black governor, succeeding Ron DeSantis.
