At least 14 flights across Europe were diverted, forced to land early or escorted by fighter jets after a series of bomb threats

Flights from Warsaw, Milan, Copenhagen, Madrid, London and Dublin were affected. Italian jets escorted one plane to Rome, while a Dublin flight was redirected to a French military base. Searches found no explosives.
