President Trump's attorneys are set to appear before a Manhattan appeals court Thursday

President Trump's attorneys are set to appear before a Manhattan appeals court Thursday, seeking to overturn his 2024 conviction on 34 felony counts of falsifying business records in the hush-money case. His lawyers have called it the "most politically charged prosecution in our Nation's history" and argue that presidential immunity protections were violated. Attorneys for Trump and Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg will each have 15 minutes to present their arguments.
