President Herzog Receives Official Election Results, Calls for Unity and Stable Government
President Isaac Herzog received the official results of Israel's 26th Knesset elections from Central Elections Committee Chairman Justice Noam Sohlberg.
Herzog called for a thorough investigation into any suspected foreign interference in the elections, expressing confidence in the Shin Bet, police, and legal authorities.
He warned against generalizations and racist rhetoric targeting Israel's Arab community.
With no clear election winner, Herzog urged political parties to demonstrate flexibility and responsibility during coalition consultations to prevent another election and establish a stable government.
Herzog emphasized that the country's interests must come before political promises.
