Iran's Persian Gulf Strait Authority has reportedly added 114 more vessels to its Hormuz "non-compliance" list, bringing the total to 240, including UAE, Kuwaiti, Saudi and Qatari-linked fleets that could face fines, detention or seizure, according to Orbital Risk Intelligence.
