Marman Place Closed For Approximately Three Weeks Due To Construction
Motorists and residents should prepare for traffic disruptions along Marman Place as construction work gets underway, with restrictions expected to remain in effect for approximately three weeks.
According to an official notice published by the Village of Spring Valley, the project was scheduled to begin on or about Wednesday, November 4, with Colonnelli Bros., Inc. carrying out the work.
During construction hours, Marman Place will be closed to traffic, and street parking will be prohibited. Residents may also experience limited access to their driveways, although arrangements will be made to provide access when necessary.
Traffic will be redirected through Laura Place, which will temporarily accommodate vehicles traveling in both directions throughout the project.
Residents seeking additional information can contact Stacey Kurian of Rockland County Sewer District No. 1’s Division of Engineering at 845-365-6094.
The village has not announced an exact completion date or daily construction schedule.
