Zelensky Offers to Halt Strikes on Russian Oil Refineries in Exchange for U.S. Patriot Missiles

ZELENSKY OFFERS TO HALT STRIKES ON RUSSIAN OIL REFINERIES IN EXCHANGE FOR U.S. PATRIOT MISSILES — Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Sunday that Ukraine would suspend attacks on Russian oil refineries for one month if the United States supplied Patriot air-defense missiles during that period, meeting a key demand from President Trump. Speaking to Fox News, Zelensky said Ukraine needs the missiles to defend against Russian attacks on its energy infrastructure and is willing to pay for them. The U.S. recently approved the sale of 500 Patriot interceptors, but Zelensky warned deliveries could take years.
