IDF Conducts Largest Search and Rescue Drill in Five Years

The IDF Home Front Command held its largest Search and Rescue Brigade exercise in five years on Wednesday, across multiple locations in Israel. Dubbed “Orange Dawn,” the drill involved active-duty and reserve forces practicing complex rescue operations, simulated destruction sites, and simultaneous emergencies on multiple fronts. The IDF said the exercise aimed to strengthen emergency response capabilities, coordination with rescue services, and readiness for potential multi-front threats.
