The IDF has concluded its major counterterror operation in Chevron following several days of extensive military activity, after Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Yisrael Katz reportedly insisted that two conditions be met before troops withdrew. The operation involved hundreds of searches, arrests of terror suspects, and the discovery of underground infrastructure. Israeli security forces also seized weapons and other materials as part of efforts to dismantle terrorist networks in the area.
