Ukraine/Russia: Emergency warning apps in both Ukraine and Russia have been hacked, sending false alerts about nuclear and chemical threats to residents.
In Ukraine, people received warnings of radiation danger, chemical attacks and street fighting, alongside a false claim that Russia had launched its hypersonic Oreshnik missile.
Hours later, Russia reported that its own emergency warning app had been hacked, with users receiving fake alerts claiming nuclear warheads had been launched across the country.
