Iraq's government is scrambling to keep Iranian-backed militias out of the fight if the war between the United States and Iran flares up again

Iraq's government is scrambling to keep Iranian-backed militias out of the fight if the war between the United States and Iran flares up again, amid growing fears the groups could slip out of its control.
