The Good Law Project has sent a pre-action letter challenging Government plans to encourage schools and colleges in England to adopt the IHRA definition of antisemitism

The group says it wants to protect criticism of Israel. Ministers said they were acting on all 27 recommendations of Sir David Bell's review, while Jewish parents' campaigners condemned the threatened challenge.
