Drivers in the Village of Kaser in Monsey will be able to buy E-ZPass tags right in the village starting Wednesday, November 4, instead of ordering one online or traveling elsewhere. Each tag costs $25, and the full amount goes toward tolls once it's registered, with a limit of two per purchase. Tags must be registered online or by phone before use, and are usually ready the next day (via RocklandDaily)
