A federal judge in Washington on Monday threw out the criminal case against two former FBI officials accused of lying to Congress about the Hunter Biden laptop investigation, ruling that there was no probable cause to charge them. Magistrate Judge Zia Faruqui blasted the rushed case from the bench, saying it "cannot be described as anything other than weaponization." Prosecutors can still try to get an indictment from a grand jury.
